Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yuva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of the content you publish on Yuva. However, by publishing content, you grant Yuva a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates the rights of others.

Member Access

Member accounts are granted via invite codes or manual approval. Misuse of member privileges, including publishing spam, plagiarized, or harmful content, may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Yuva is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of Yuva after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
